Shipping policy

PRE MADE / READY TO SHIP ITEMS: 

When you purchase an order please allow 1-2 business days for us to send it to you, delivery times may change depending on the selected destination and are usually between 1-2 weeks for standard shipping options.

Local audiences might have express delivery options, that allow 1-3 business days delivery.

PRE ORDER SHIPPING: 

When you purchase a pre order item, your item is not yet ready to be shipped. Please allow 1-3 weeks for us to send it to you.

All orders are shipped out via Israel Post.

 

PRE ORDER CANCELATION

You can cancel your pre-order only for 48 hours after you place your order. for that please contact us at androlomusiasupp@gmail.com.

 

REFUNDS

In case you did not recieve your order 5 weeks after it being shipped to you, please conatct us at androlomusiasupp@gmail.com.
